Return Eligibility

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@celestialjewel.co.in immediately.
We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly either through a replacement or refund.
Size & Color Issues

Size Adjustments:
If you need a size correction (e.g., ring resizing), a fee of ₹500 will be charged to cover return shipping and re-delivery.
The original item must be returned before the adjustment is made. -
Color Discrepancies:
If the color appears different from what was expected, kindly contact us for a possible return or exchange, depending on the case.
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

Place a new order for the desired product.
Change of Mind / Dislike
If your product is correct as per the order and in good condition, returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal dislike are not allowed.
We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before making a purchase.

If you are an EU customer, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, provided the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

Returns for Specific Issues

Customized Orders:
Custom or engraved jewelry is non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect.
